Damn, is there anything you don’t know about the job search process? Every time you comment, I learn something. I haven’t seen the “Black Belt” designation, but it sounds like someone who has it could kick the ninja’s ass.

Don’t forget the ubiquitous postings for ‘Black Belt’. Which is not like the ninja posting in being a joke, nor is it an opportunity for some badass martial arts expert. There is actually some kind of accounting or auditing certification that is called Black Belt. While a posting like that would be relevant to that industry, since job site search engines are notoriously horrible in delivering matching results, I saw it all the time in looking for an advertising Account director position…
